Engineered with sustainability in mind, the Appia Life reduces energy consumption by 13% and environmental impact by 20% compared to the previous Appia II, based on an independent Life Cycle Assessment. This is thanks to the new DRYTEX THERMICAL insulation technology, upgraded materials, and optimized internal components.
Volumetric Precision & Efficiency
The volumetric model allows baristas to program up to four precise espresso volumes (single, double, short, long) per group. This ensures consistent extractions every time, while freeing up the barista to focus on milk steaming, customer engagement, or multitasking during busy hours. In contrast, semi-automatic models lack programmable dosing and do not offer EasyCream automatic steam functionality.
